How to: Format the text (font) in a worksheet cell.
Solution:
Select the cell containing the text, select 'Cells...' from 'Format' menu, click the 'Font' tab, and select the desired format.
To format the appearance of cell text:
1) Click on the cell containing the text to format.
2) Select 'Cells...' from the 'Format' menu. (The Format Cells dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Font' tab.
4) Do one or more of the following:
a) Select the font to use from the 'Font' list box.
b) Select the appropriate font style from the 'Font Style' list box.
c) Select the appropriate font size from the 'Size' list box.
d) Select the appropriate underline style from the 'Underline' drop-down list.
e) Select the color to use from the 'Color' drop-down list.
f) Select the appropriate effect check box from the 'Effects' group.
g) Select the 'Normal Font' check box to return the formatting to the default Normal style.
5) Click 'OK'.
